BANBURY

2010

This year's event was well attended, with plenty of TTRCA members scrutinising the sales tables.

A very nice 'special' made from two tank locos by Duncan Bell

And another of Duncan's, a Southern special, made from a LMS Compound

Solution for a magnetic rail missing its centre strip - use the spring pieces from an old DC whistling controller. Better still - contact TTRCA spares for a replica part!

Peter Berry's heavily laden table

John Hills-Harrop matched together a 1950's cast metal wagon frame with a TTRCA plastic moulding to make a wagon suitable to carry the 'Macfisheries' replica containers.

On the underside, four holes are drilled to allow the moulding's plastic pegs to protrude before they are melted to secure the two parts together.
