GAYDON

2016

David Holmes' layout, with a specially created 'Brighton Belle' EMU at the station

Stefan van der Pol's layout from Holland

Stefan's layout included a tower made from Trix construction set parts and ...

... an impressive girder bridge.

The layout is very neatly constructed, with brass eyelets
set into the baseboard for each connecting wire.

Stefan displayed a selection of mint Trix Express sets from the early 1950's.

Mark Tewkesbury's layout

It's not often you see a scenic Trix layout. This one is from Holland.

Geoffrey Robinson's layout with overhead catenary.

TTRCA's Dutch representative, Ed Kegge, with his sales table.

As usual, a mammoth sales table from Dixon Upcott

LMS Diesel Fliers on display in the museum

The evening dinner provided a suitably sociable end to the day. Here are TTRCA overseas representatives (L to R) Ian Sutherland (South Africa), Jean-Patrick Enz (Switzerland), Ed Kegge (Holland), Peter Grant (Australia) and Overseas Liaison and Secretary David Holmes.
